Amish Quilt 'Storm at Sea'

Amish quilters designed and produced it from Lancaster County Pennsylvania, USA.  Made of cotton with a polyester batting, this patchwork quilt comes in a queen size. This Amish quilt, Storm at Sea, features gorgeous hand quilting. Storm at Sea quilt utilizes a traditional design which aims to depict the rolling waves of a stormy sea using a unique combination of square, triangle, rectangle and diamond-shaped fabrics to create the illusion. The origins of this pattern are thought to be found in scripture where Jesus calms the storm when he said, "Quiet. Be still!" This quilt symbolizes comfort during times of turmoil or difficulty.
