This page outlines the Payments and Shipping methods we offer our customers.
Christmas Delivery Dates:
If your purchase is a gift or is required before Christmas, please note the following ordering dates to ensure delivery on time. These dates are provided by Australia Post to take into account their increased demand and delays in delivery times.
Greater Brisbane & Logan: Order by 16th December
Regional Qld: Order by 12th December
All Other States: Order by 10th December
General Delivery & Shipping:
Timbo’s Shop is an Australian family business based in Brisbane, Queensland. We offer shipping Australia-wide on most of our products.
Your order will be processed from our Brisbane warehouse within 3 business days. They will then be shipped via the method you choose at the checkout:
• Free Delivery Australia-wide on orders over $50 *
• Flat rate shipping $10 on orders under $50*
• Express Post via Standard Australia Post: $18; (up to 10kg)
• Click & Collect from our Browns Plains showroom;
*Excludes furniture or large bulky orders over 10kg.
Shipping times: Please note that due to the current impact of COVID-19 restrictions on Australia Post, we are finding that some deliveries are taking 10-14 days via standard post to be delivered to our customers – especially those in WA & Victoria. This is unfortunately out of our control. If your order is urgent, please select the Express Post option.
Click & Collect
We are pleased to offer a free ‘Click & Collect’ option for those customers who would like to collect their items directly from our Brisbane (Browns Plains) showroom. When you place an order for ‘Click & Collect’, you will receive email notifications throughout the fulfilment of your order. When your order is available to collect from our showroom, you will receive confirmation of times and dates for collection. If you have a particular time/date in mind, please include this in your original order via ‘notes’ section or call us at any time during the order processing on 0437 777 631.
We offer Australia-wide postage (excluding large furniture items) to most Australian Metro and Regional locations via Australia Post services. Parcels are sent via standard Australia Post delivery unless otherwise agreed. Currently, Australia Post delivery can take up to 10-14 days due to the effects of COVID-19 restrictions. Express Postage is available on request and additional charges applied. Large Furniture Items:
If you are purchasing large furniture or ‘bulky’ item, please contact us on 0437 777 631 to discuss delivery options.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver our products internationally.
All prices at Timbo’s Shop are displayed in Australian Dollars ($AUD) inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Payments, regardless of the payment method or customer location are also processed in $AUD.
We accept the following payment methods:
• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard & Amex (Processed via our secure POS provider Square)
• PayPal (PayPal payments or Credit Card payments)
• AfterPay (4 fortnightly equal payments)
